Georg Nelson Turbine Clock
The Turbine Clock was designed by Georg Nelson in 1957. The clock is a part of a whole series of special wall and table clocks and in the 50's it was very popular to interpret commen objects of the every day life into something new. The clock embodies the absolute feeling of the 50's and reflects the constand drive for progress and prosperity which makes it an indispensable classic. The clock is made out of aluminium which is embedded in walnut wood. The wings are made out of copper.
